Optimised Learning developed a series of courses based upon the content that DWF provided, that focused on the key drivers that the regulator expected those credit regulated businesses to adhere to in so far as their operating standards and procedures are concerned and their courses duly aim to educate staff as to the key principles of Treating Customers Fairly, how to deal with Vulnerable Customers, Mental Health and Mental Capacity and also Complaints in a practical way in accordance with the expectations of the regulators. These courses were branded to DWF, tailored to fit into the legal sector and highly interactive for learners. A current client of DWF have bought 1800 licenses for their staff across the business and across all different courses. The feedback they have received has been excellent saying that they found the content, very good, clear and appropriate.
