The Challenge

Picsolve provides world class imagery capture and distribution platforms across the globe for the leisure and entertainment industry, allowing consumers to keep and share their amazing memories. Picsolve have twenty years of photography experience and has a global reach with offices in the UK, UAE, USA and Hong Kong servicing 500+ installations at some of the world's leading theme parks, water parks, attractions and resorts. Picsolve discovered they needed a mechanism to monitor staff training programs, in particular on policies and procedures to help them reduce disciplinary proceedings globally.

The Solution

We provided Picsolve with a full turnkey solution. We carefully selected a Learning Management System that was suited to the requirements of Picsolve, this enabled them to deliver, monitor and analyse training patterns of their staff and helped them further developed their interpersonal skills. We worked closely with the Human Resources / Training team to develop bespoke courses which were tailored and branded to Picsolve. Finally we provided a monthly Managed Service rolling out training and analysing the data and providing vital development information to Directors, Managers and Team Leaders so they were able to provide further development for their teams.


      Optimised Learning provided us with a great solution, we were baffled by the technologies out there but they made it simple and easy to use. The courses looked great and were very interactive and engaging. It was great doing business with such a lovely bunch of people.
